After Unfortunately our swimming pool is closed at the moment due to structural problems with the roof. On the 17th May 2010 the pool closed to have Solar Panels fitted. When the workmen arrived they discovered there were problems with the roof structure. At that point the pool was closed.

The pool was built with money raised by the community and we now have to fund raise for the repairs required.

The cost of the repairs is in excess of £100,000 and there is a programme of fund raising events and activities to get us to the total required.

• Vicky and Tony Schilling are opening their garden at "Dogwood" Braes on Wednesday afternoons of July 7, 14, 21 and 28 from 1pm to 5pm and looking forward to greeting gardeners and NON-GARDENERS alike. (No children or dogs please). Entrance £2 per person.
