We offer a range of activities, classes and hire options to suit your needs. See below for further information on each of our activities, if you have any further questions please get in touch.

ALL ACTIVITIES ARE SUBJECT TO CURRENT PROGRAMME AND AVAILABILITY

BODY BALANCE

Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates based workout to improve your flexibility, core strength, range of motion and leave you with a lasting sense of well-being and calm. No need to book, just turn up.

AERO CYCLING

Great cardiovascular workout and calorie burner, using high quality indoor stationary bikes. Work to your own level at this carefully structured class, set to music and delivered by qualified instructors. Please call to book or drop in to book your place.

ZUMBA

Ditch the workout, join the party.  Fun and effective dance based workout with red-hot Latin and International music. No need to book, just turn up.

MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL

FITNESS PROGRAMMING

Personal training sessions with a qualified fitness professional to help develop your own fitness routine. Please call to book or drop in to book your place.

FOOTBALL

Supervised indoor football games for kids. No need to book, just turn up.

TRIM TEENS

Supervised gym session for boys and girls, using our modern cardiovascular equipment. Age 13 – 15. No need to book, just turn up.

CIRCUITS

Resistance based circuit training classes to help strengthen, tone and condition your body, also a great calorie burner. No need to book, just turn up.

GYM CLUB

Gymnastics based activities & games to challenge kid’s balance, co-ordination, strength and fitness. Please call or drop in to book your place.

BOUNCY CASTLE

Bouncy castle and ball park session for pre-school age children and accompanying adults. Age 5 & under. No need to book, just turn up.

FAMILY FUN

Bouncy castle, ball park, soft play and racquet sports for all ages. No need to book, just turn up.

ADULT BADMINTON

Badminton night, come along for informal a game of singles or doubles. No need to book, just turn up. Racquet hire available. Age 14+

BASKETBALL

Basketball coaching and games for kids age 8 – 14. No need to book, just turn up.

ARCHERY

Indoor target archery classes lead by a qualified instructor. Please call or drop in to arrange your booking.

MIXED GAMES

Supervised games and activities for kids, indoors or outdoors if the weather is good.

 

HIRE

WHOLE HALL HIRE

Whole hall hire for activities such as indoor football, basketball and volleyball. Please call or drop in to arrange your booking.

HALF HALL HIRE

Half hall hire is available for limited activities, please call for more information. Please call or drop in to arrange your booking.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Bouncy castle, ball park, soft play and supervised games are available for parties and celebrations. Please call or drop in to arrange your booking.

INDOOR COURT HIRE

Individual courts can be hired for a variety of uses, including badminton, short tennis, dance & fitness training purposes. Court hire includes use of stands, nets and other apparatus. Racquet hire separate. To guarantee availability it is recommended that you call or drop in to arrange your booking.

OUTDOOR COURT HIRE

New floodlit, multi-surface outdoor courts coming March 2012. Courts will be available for tennis, basketball, netball and football. To guarantee availability it is recommended that you call or drop in to arrange your booking.

CLIMBING WALL HIRE

The climbing wall is currently only available for bouldering activities i.e. climbing below a determined height without ropes. Please note, we can only provide the wall and safety mats, users must bring all other kit such as shoes and chalk. To guarantee availability it is recommended that you call or drop in to arrange your booking.
